After a consultation, we create a timeline of the execution. We begin with booking and confirming vendors for the big day that include: Transportation, Bridal party lodging, DJ, Lighting, Florist, Photographer, Catering/Bar and Venue.
The next steps are where the fun begins! After locking in key logistics, we dedicate our focus on all details of the party. We purchase and collect any wedding items prior to wedding and then set it up day of wedding. Wedding items include: Favors, Programs, Guest Book, Place Cards, Table Numbers, Signs, Menus.
On your big day, we will be there to oversee load in from all vendors to make sure your day goes just as you've dreamed!
