After a consultation, we create a timeline of the execution. We begin with booking and confirming vendors for the big day that include: Transportation, DJ, Photographer, Catering/Bar, Lighting, Step & Repeat/Photobooth and Venue.
The next steps are where the fun begins! After locking in key logistics, we dedicate our focus on all details of the party. We purchase and collect any party items prior to event and then set it up day of party. Party items include: Premiums, Signs, Posters and others dependent on event type.
On your big day, we will be there to oversee load in from all vendors to make sure your day goes just as you've dreamed!
